TW sets up a case repository for each case. A rough draft can be delivered shortly after completion of the proceedings. We are Registered Professional Reporters, Certified Merit Reporters, Certified Realtime Reporters, Certified Realtime Captioners, Minnesota Award of Excellence, and Texas, California, and Washington CSRs. Our videographers are CLVSs and handle complex setups using document cameras and filming multicam and picture-in-picture videos.

100% reporter owned and operated by Myrina A. Kleinschmidt, RPR, RMR, CRR, CRC, WA certified & TX & CA CSRs.
Our two principal reporters are Myrina Kleinschmidt and Patrick Mahon. As well as having the RPR, RMR, CRR, CSR (CA & TX), and CRC designations, both Myrina and Patrick have attained the distinction among their peers of having qualified in the National Speed and Realtime Competitions. Patrick has qualified several times, once placing fifth in the nation as a realtime reporter. Myrina and Patrick are currently the only working reporters in Minnesota to have earned these honorable distinctions.
Myrina, the owner/managing reporter, has served the Minnesota legal community for her entire career and has transcribed well over 1 million transcript pages. Myrina also provides pro bono court reporting services through the Minnesota Freelance Court Reporters Association.
Patrick, a recipient of the Minnesota Award of Excellence, has served the Minnesota legal community for his entire career. He has worked both as a deposition reporter and as an official court reporter with Ramsey County. During Patrick's time as an official reporter, he provided a daily realtime feed to assist his hearing-impaired judge in performing his job duties.
